Summary: By using VisaGo, you agree to these terms. We provide visa assistance — not visa guarantees. Provide accurate information, understand refund eligibility, and know that government authorities make final decisions.

1. Services

VisaGo provides visa assistance services to individuals seeking to obtain travel visas. Our services include visa eligibility assessment, application form preparation, document checklist guidance, application submission to government authorities, and status tracking.

VisaGo is a third-party visa assistance service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government, embassy, or consulate. All final visa decisions rest solely with the relevant immigration authorities.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice. We strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information about visa requirements but cannot guarantee that all information reflects the most current government policies.

2. User Eligibility & Responsibilities

By using VisaGo, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or have obtained parental or legal guardian consent. • You will provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all application materials. • You are responsible for ensuring all uploaded documents are genuine and valid. • You understand that providing false or misleading information to a government authority is a serious offense and may result in visa rejection, ban, or legal consequences. • You will promptly notify VisaGo of any changes to your personal information or travel plans that may affect your application.

You agree not to use VisaGo's services for any unlawful purpose, to assist others in circumventing immigration laws, or to submit fraudulent applications.

3. Payments

Service fees are charged for VisaGo's assistance in preparing and submitting your visa application. Fees vary by destination country, visa type, and processing speed selected. All applicable fees are displayed and confirmed before payment.

In addition to VisaGo's service fee, government-mandated visa fees are collected on your behalf and forwarded to the relevant authority. These fees are set by governments and are subject to change without notice.

All payments are processed securely. By providing payment details, you authorize VisaGo to charge the stated amounts. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated and may include applicable taxes.

VisaGo reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect applications already paid for.

4. Refunds

Our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellations before submission: If you cancel your application before it has been submitted to the embassy or government authority, VisaGo will refund the full service fee within 5–7 business days.

Visa rejections: If your visa application is rejected by the government authority for any reason, VisaGo will refund our service fee in full. Government fees are non-refundable as they are collected and retained by the relevant authority.

No refunds will be issued for: applications cancelled after submission, visa fees paid to government authorities, applications rejected due to fraudulent or inaccurate information provided by the applicant, or processing speed upgrades once processing has commenced.

5. Limitation of Liability

VisaGo provides visa assistance services on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee visa approval, as final decisions are made solely by government authorities. Approval depends on individual circumstances, government policies, and factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VisaGo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Visa rejection by any government authority. • Delays in processing caused by government authorities. • Loss or damage arising from reliance on visa requirement information that has subsequently changed. • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

VisaGo is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we collect includes: identity documents (passport, national ID), contact information, travel details, payment information (processed securely, not stored in full), and application history.

We use this data solely to provide visa assistance services, comply with legal obligations, and improve our platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Your data is stored using industry-standard encryption and access controls. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting privacy@visago.co.

Application data is retained for a maximum of 5 years for compliance purposes, after which it is securely deleted.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the VisaGo platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, and data compilations, is the property of VisaGo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use our platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in connection with obtaining visa assistance. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any VisaGo content without our prior written consent.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or prominent notice on our platform.

Your continued use of VisaGo's services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you should discontinue use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of VisaGo services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction in which VisaGo is incorporated, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
